Manchester Food and Drink Festival Gala Dinner 2006
The Dinner
The Manchester Food and Drink Festival Gala Dinner and Awards took place at the end of another successful festival on 16th October 2006.
The MFDF Awards are recognised as the most important in the region and are hotly anticipated by the industry, media and the public.
All the guests, including a lot of the award nominees, enjoyed a fabulous five course meal in the stunning Great Hall before the BBC Radio Manchester hosts Eamonn O’Neil and Dianne Oxberry took to the stage to begin the Awards Ceremony.
The award nominees had been decided upon in the summer by an independent panel of food and drink critics and experts from the city. The nominees were then left open to a public vote on the MFDF website. For the judging criteria
