Voting has now closed and the winners will be announced at the Gala Dinner - Click below for the nominations

The MFDF awards are recognised as the most important in the region and are hotly anticipated by the industry, media and public. The awards are given out at the glitzy gala dinner to be held on the 13th October at the Palace Hotel.

The 2008 award shortlist has now been decided, click here to see if your favorites are in there!

The award nominees are decided upon by an independent panel of food and drink critics and experts from the city, (for judging criteria click here). The awards are then opened to the public to vote. Public voting is live until the end of August after which the panel decided the winners using the public vote along with their own. You can only vote once for each nominee so choose carefully!
