FESTIVAL FINALE PAVILLION
8th – 11th October at Albert Square
MFDF’s culinary celebrations are set to culminate with a three-day extravaganza of fine food, bespoke beers and entertainment. The Festival Finale Pavilion will take shape in Albert Square, where a selection of top city eateries, local ale producers and musicians will gather for MFDF’s concluding days and provide a buzzing venue for all to enjoy.
Among the featured events will be the return of the prestigious Greater Manchester Ale Festival – which will see the crowning of Manchester’s Ale of the Year and the People’s Pint. MFDF is also excited to present its very own Oktoberfest - which promises to be the ultimate celebration of German beer. Those with a sweet-tooth disposition should also look out for the special Chocolate Day event taking place here as well as the Birdhouse Cake Sale.
OKTOBER FESTIVAL 8th – 11th October
Move over Munich, for Manchester now has its very own Oktoberfest. MFDF, in association with Kro, is bringing this cultural celebration of German beer and food to Albert Square as part of the Festival Finale weekend. Thanks to sponsors Lufthansa, we have been able to establish an Oktoberfest bar. For more info follow the LINK.
